I just installed CS:GO but do not understand anything. What are the types of game modes, settings, etc.?

Hello there,

CSGO is fast paced multiplayer shooter, which requires lot of skills to master. Often new players find it hard at starting but soon they start to catch up and so will you.

There are 4 main modes I'll be Primarily briefing you about so you may get some idea.
1. Deathmatch : This mode allows you multiple respawns and free guns which you can choose from buy menu at starting moments of your respawn. During course of match, you will see many bonus weapons, which will give you extra points. Player who gets maximum points wins. After match, some cases and graffiti are awarded to random players . However to open cases, you need to buy keys from steam market and for that you need to have steam level 5. That means you have to purchase items worth $5 from steam.
2. Casual : This mode happens to be the have the main gameplay CS is known for that is, CT VS T, where CT ( counter terrorist) try to defuse the bomb, and T ( terrorist) constantly try to get the bomb blast. Players from each team can buy, equipments at the start of each round. There are no respawns however you can play in next round. Here tactical equipments like, he grenade, flash, smoke, Molotov are also available to buy.
3. Competitive : It is same as casual as long as gameplay is considered but it has ranking system. You have to win 10 matches to be able to get your rank. Match has best of 30 rounds and here friendly fire is a thing, that means you can kill your own team mate intentionally or accidentally. However, killing your mates more than 3 times in a match gets you a ban, leaving the match, also results in bans. First ban is of 2 hrs and it keeps increasing if you happen to voilate the rules.
4. Wingman : It has same play as casual or competitive only differences are, the no. Of rounds to win and your team size, which is 2. 2 players is the limit for both CT and T. Also, the match takes place in specific areas of the map particularly one of the two bomb sites. It also have a ranking system.

I have been playing CS:GO for a long time and I can share my experience
