In order for parts to be checked in detail you may change to the part view. Hereto click on the tab Part view.
In the Part view you can find the following dockings:
Details on Part view can be found under Section 3.1.7, “ Part view ”.

Below there are two dockings again, which represent two different modes to determine the characteristic.
