4.4.2. Account settings (B2B portal)

  • How can I change my personal information?

    1. Log in with your access data and click on the button My Profile.

    2. On the right side, under Profile Options, click on Edit My Profile.

    3. Carry out the necessary changes under Personal Info.

    4. Confirm the data by clicking the button Save.

    5. You receive the confirmation Your changes have been saved.

  • How can I change my e-mail address?

    1. Log in with your access data and click on the button Settings.

    2. Click inside the field Email Address and enter your new e-mail address.

    3. Confirm the data by clicking the button Save changes.

      -> The confirmation Settings were successfully saved is displayed.

  • I have forgotten my Email Address. What can I do?

    If you have forgotten the e-mail address which you have chosen during the registration please contact the support team via Ask Question in the FAQ area.

    1. Click on Support and afterwards on Ask Question.

      -> A dialog opens with a form for inputting your question.

    2. Please fill out all input fields and click on Ask, to send the request.
