In the Own parts catalog select a subdirectory or project in the index tree.

Note The generation time both depends on the size of the own parts pool to be searched and on the amount of supplier catalogs (directories) to be searched. In order to get a quick overview on the functionality best select a single own part and 2 or 3 supplier catalogs to be searched.

Under Extras menu -> Purchineering -> Make-or-Buy Report now call up the command Create report....

-> The settings dialog opens.

Under Threshold in % choose 70 for example.

In the search in following directories section select the desired catalogs or subdirectories.

Confirm with OK.

Result:

Under Overview you can see how many own parts have got hits.

Under Results the parts contained in the source directory are listed. For each reference part you can find the found similar parts on the right side.
