3.1.6.4.11.3.  Topology search - Settings in detail

3.1.6.4.11.3.1.  Size

Search for greatest, middle and smallest dimension of a part.

Or search for the dimension in the direction of X-, Y and Zaxis.

Same object - other dimension in direction of X and Y axis.

Same object - other dimension in direction of X and Y axis.

3.1.6.4.11.3.2.  Area/Volume

Perform this search with relatively high tolerance, since values can differ quite a bit due to different quality (triangulation) of parts to compare.

You can set a tolerance in two different ways:

Example:

  • 29000-30000

  • 29500+-500

3.1.6.4.11.3.3.  Symmetry

With this function you can search for symmetries: Once for the type and in the list field with the possibility of differentiation according to "symmetric", "nearly symmetric" and "not symmetric".

3.1.6.4.11.3.5.  Angle
