NX 10 and 11 no longer require the presence of a registered activeXSeamless.dll file to open the Seamless Resource Tab

For NX 8, 8.5 and 9 the corresponding UI entry of ifugnx.cfg must be as follows to allow the "Seamless in a separate window" fallback:
