In the ECTR installation, under

../applications/ugs/customize/config

in the plm_setenv.bat enter

set UGII_VENDOR_DIR=<Pfad der MenueDatei von CADENAS>
set NX_CALL_METHOD=USERDIR

exit /b 0

at the end.

Thereby, in the vendor Dir, in the subdirectory "startup", the current .men/.tbr menu from CADENAS is used.
