Export the part after activation.
Immediately after export, the Vault login dialog should appear (see Fig. „VAULT login“).
Only exception: in the ifvault.cfg all input options for the login were disabled.
After the export of a new part, it should automatically be checked into the Vault. Check this both in the Vault Explorer (see Fig. „Vault Explorer“), as well as in the CAD (see Fig. „Inventor: English "Vault"“) – without previously saving the assemblies:
