1.4.1. Account Settings (Supplier/OEM portals)

  • How can I change my personal information?

    1. Log in with your access data and finally under My Account, click on the item User Profile.

    2. Perform the desired changes.

    3. Confirm your changes by clicking on Save.

      ➝ The view switches to the main page and a confirmation message is shown.

  • How can I change my email address?

    The email address cannot be changed by you yourself. Please contact the Portal administration.

  • I have forgotten my Email Address. What can I do?

    Please contact the Portal administration.
