Via Start -> Programs -> Cadenas -> PARTsolutions launch the PARTdataManager.
Turn on the Configuration mode. In the Configurator the New menu item is activated.
In the Configurator menu, click on New.

--> The program interface changes to Part view.The dialog areas are still empty.
