10.5.4.3.6. Arc

Arc (center, 2 limit points, radius) :

Create arc over Center point and two restricted points that determine the angle.

If arc beginning and arc end have been determined, and the fixing of the radius begins, temporary help lines are shown. As soon as the radius has been selected, these lines disappear.

  1. Click on midpoint.

  2. Click on beginning of arc (point).

  3. Click on end of arc (point).

  4. Determine radius in Change parameter window.

Arc (secant and radius) :

Set arcs via the Start and End point of a secant as well as a radius.

  1. Click on beginning of arc (point).

  2. Click on end of arc (point).

  3. By moving cursor, "pull" circle and fix via mouse-click.

  4. Set radius in Change parameter window.

Arc (center, 2 limit points, circumference point) :

Create arc via Center point and circumference as well as two limit points.

To determine the radius, temporary help lines are shown.

  1. Click on midpoint.

  2. Click on beginning of arc (point).

  3. Click on end of arc (point).

  4. Click on radial point or change in Change parameter window.

Arc through 3 points on circle :

Define the arch width via three points (for example, corned point of a square).

  1. Click on first spanning point.

  2. Click on second spanning point.

  3. Click on third spanning point.

Arc (center, start angle, end angle, radius) :

Determine arcs via Start and End angle and Radius.

After Start and End angle have been selected temporary help lines are shown to help set the radius.

  1. Click on midpoint.

  2. Click on start angle.

  3. Click on end angle.

  4. Click point on radius (radial point) or set in Change parameter window.

Arc (tangent to 2 elements) :

Create arcs between two objects (line, circle or circular arcs).

  1. Click on first line/circle.

  2. Click on second line/circle.

  3. Click on point on radius (radial point) pr determine in Change parameter window.

[Note] Note

The alignment of the angle of the arc occurs counterclockwise!
