The folder structure of a catalog should not be fundamentally changed after the first publication. Especially a change of the structure and a change of the projects at the same time is very critical, because many end-media and interfaces base on the originally created structure. The “regular” add of new folders / projects is no problem. The same rule is also valid for the naming of the projects (NN/NB) – if they are changed the reference in the ERP system could get lost.
