7.7.2.2.10.1. Save as CIP

After you clicked on Save as CIP you will find two fields in the respective menu window.

In the CIP file to create field, apply the path in which the *.cip file will be temporarily stored.

In the Part directory field, the path of origin of the project is entered per default.

If you do not change it, the *.cip file is then placed into this path when starting.

	Note
When opening the *.cip file, the PARTdataManager is automatically started. The cipped part is imported into the directory tree and the index is automatically created. In PARTproject the cipped file is only visible after restarting the program.
