17.3.9. Preview and starting the project (*.prj) creation process

In this field, you can choose drawing element groups or layers interactively with the mouse.

After dxf files have been loaded, all lines are shown in the same line width (see illustration) if a file has been selected in File structure.

You can choose the drawing element groups with the mouse cursor and assign other line attributes (Line width or Line style).

If different line thicknesses differ only by virtue of their color and are to be displayed accordingly, you can achieve this with the Show line thickness as color option. This relates only to the view in the preview of CADENAS PARTdxfconverter and has no effect on the subsequent display in CADENAS PARTviewer.

Start...

After you have selected all required attributive options for creating a project file in PARTdxfConverter, click on the Start... button. A progress display is displayed and the project files are then generated.

After the project files have been integrated in the search index, the new 2-D projects can be opened in PARTdataManager and, from there, imported to your relevant CAD system.
