10.5.2.2. Zoom / Move

In this section the commands for moving and zooming are dealt with.

These exist both in the context menu as well as a button in the View modes toolbar.

In addition you have the Zoom All button in the 3D view toolbar.

In the 3-D window the selected setting is also visible at the cursor.

Rotate, Pan, Zoom activation

  • Zoom All (button Zoom all):

    With this command, the respective part is adjusted to the size of the window.

  • Rotate, Pan, Zoom in/out

    With the Left, Right and both mouse buttons you can always carry out these 3 functions.

    In the context menu or in the View modes toolbar, you can set which functions should be given to the left mouse button.

    • Rotate:

      With this command you can rotate the part in any direction.

    • Pan

      With this command you can move the part in any direction.

    • Zoom in/out

      With "vertical navigation", when holding down the left mouse button, you change the size: "up" --> the view is enlarged, "down" --> the view is reduced.

  • Zoom window (Zoom view on rectangular clipping)

    Click on the first corner of the section to be enlarged and pull the rectangle on it by holding down your mouse button. When you release the mouse button this section is zoomed in on.

  • Rotate part incrementally

    With the arrow buttons (left, right, top, bottom) you can rotate the part in incremental steps.
