You want to place a profile rail of a series of borings with the same distance.

Step 1: Set a boring, which is to be used as the pattern for the others.

...and define a point as the pattern origin (first the Insert point button and then the Pattern origin button).
Close the sketch.

Step 2: Rotate cut.

Rotate the created contour via Cut rotation .

-> Intermediate result: The hole pattern has been inserted.

Step 3: Define boring series.

Place the desired insertion point for the boring copies (button Insert point).

	Note
	Please do not reenter the point of origin!

Step 4: Create boring series.

Click on the history icon Cut rotation and while holding down the CTRL key, click on Sketch 2.
Then, right-click on one of the marked points. -> The context menu command Create pattern shows up.
Confirm this command.

-> End result: The hole pattern has been inserted.
