Aside from the 2-D Sketcher, the History menu area is the central “scene of events” in PARTdesigner. Its context menus are used to open 2-D Sketcher and to create the components. In addition, the History documents all design steps, so that the relevant component structure can also be reconstructed and possibly modified at a later point.
