3.3.12. Innovation Workshop

If the catalog maintenance was not followed up actively by the customer over a longer period of time (or maybe the responsibilities have changed in the meantime) it is always possible to order an Innovation Workshop. The responsible CADENAS Project Manager will then check and analyse the catalog together with the customer in an on-site meeting and evaluate which adjustments are required to make the catalog “up to date” again. Additionally the latest CADENAS innovations and new features will be presented and it will be explained how to fill the catalog with additional benefit data to reach the maximum potential for the end customers.
